Personality & Traits

General Overview		Geno is a dedicated and passionate officer. He still holds a grudge and distrust for the Cardassians.
Strengths & Weaknesses		strengths: Geno is good with trouble shooting technology and is a natural administrator and bureaucrat. Weakness: Has a hard time letting down and relaxing.
Ambitions		To be the most efficient Operations officer in Starfleet.

Personal History		Geno was born in Jo’kala and attended the university near about a day away. His childhood was marked by the civil war or independence movement depending on which side of the equation you are on. His parents were killed right before the end of the conflict. He found himself being sponsored by his government to go to the Starfleet Academy. He graduated in the middle of the class. Nothing stellar to show. His first post was as a junior engineering technician repairing minor systems like replicators, lighting, fire suppression, and the like. He was good at his job, but others were faster and had more exposure. So he ended up on the administrative logistics side of things. He was a master at salvaging, locating what was needed and procuring it. Mostly by legal means. The years of being under Cardasian rule had taught him these skills.
