Mission Summary
After one of a series of Probes sent out to search for the missing DS3. Is discovered by an ancient derelict vessels, AI. It reads the probe’s memory and sends out a false SOS from DS3. Then draining the probe of energy , sends it back.
Starfleet finds the probe and the distress call. The Oberon is sent to investigate.
On route crew start to have strange dreams and a slight power drain on the ship is detected.
Once we arrive the truth is discovered. But the when we try to leave the Warp drive won’t engage due to a power drain.
The Ancient AI then makes its intentions clear. It wants the crew to be its companions and the Oberon its food.
We need to escape before our ship is drained of power and we are trapped forever.
