Mission: The Forgotten Outpost

Having just docked at DS3, Lieutenant Junior Grade Michael Stevens stood at the docking port with his transfer orders for his new assignment which turned out was DS3, now he knew that this was going to be fun as now this gave him time to settle down, as he looked round for the nearest Turbolift to take him to the station’s OPs. as he picked up his duffle bag and started to walk towards the Turbolift, he noticed a freighter Captain and the Merchant arguing and though it best to see if he could help.

“Excuse me Gentlemen, Can I Help?” asked Michael as the two men stopped arguing for a few minutes and looked back at him, He continued,” I’m Lieutenant Michael Stevens, the new Operations Chief here on DS3,.” as he introduced himself putting his duffle bag down on the floor.as he looked back a both of them he finished,” Well, I do not have all day?” as the two men grumbled and looked back at him.

“Welcome Lieutenant, I Matt Chambers, Owner of Matt’s Bar and Grill,” replied Matt as he held onto a Data PADD, he continued,” What’s Happened is that I Paid for my Delivery for my store to come today,” as Michael looked back at him for a moment with a puzzled look, Matt continued,” It turns out that this Idiot has sold at all to someone else,” as Michael glared at the another Man in front of him.

Michael asked,” And Did you?” asking the question to the another man as the freighter Captain looked back at him as he tried to find out all the details before he called in security, as the Captain in front of him mumbled something under his breath, Michael stated,” If you are not willing to talk to me, then I will be forced to call Station Security.” giving the Captain an ultimatum.

“I’m Captain John Philips,” he said introducing himself as he looked back at the Starfleet officer, He continued,” and as I have been trying to explain to Matt here I had no choice as I had to get my engines repaired before I made my run,” as Michael looked back at him with surprise that he had not maintained his vessel but had bartered someone else’s supplies for the parts, this to Michael was wrong.

“So you traded this person's delivery for Parts so you could come here empty Handed?” replied Michael trying to get it straight, Looking back at the Captain, he continued, If that is the case It leaves me no choice but to impound you're vessel,” as the Freighter Captain looked back shocked at Michael’s statement, as the restaurant Owner looked shocked at his statement as well.

Matt Asked “What about my Delivery Lieutenant?” as he knew that the bar needed the stock to keep going for the next few weeks at least, But Matt also wanted the Freighter Captain reprimanded and charged, He finished,” and is this Bozo going to be charged? As he gave the Freighter Captain a snarl.

Michael replied "Yes he will and so will you if you keep this up” as he needed the base security and Commander to approve the impound of said vessel, He tapped his combadge and said "Security, this is Lieutenant Stevens, Operations, I need you to come to Bay 32 as I have somebody needed to be taken and Custody," he continued, as he looked down at the PADD that he held for the base commanders name, "Colonel Bishop, I Have need of you at Bay 32 Sir." as he waited for a response to his request.
