Arriving to SB 3

Mission: The Forgotten Outpost
Location: Shuttle Long Bow then SB 3

Doctor Contessa McQueen, sat in her temporary quarter's on board the long range shuttle Long Bow.

She was preparing for holosuite time. Dressed in her Archeress clothing, picking up her bow. She made her way to her archery practice.

Entering the holosuite her Sherwood meadow complete with targets and holo archers.

Contessa stepped up, pulled an arrow from her quiver, mounting it on the bow string. She then lifted her bow up and clutching the arrow tip between her fingers she pulled back as far as she could, bringing the bow down, she aimed the arrow on target and released. The arrow whistled as it flew to target.

"Bullseye..." called the target minder. Grinning he said, Lass you are a fine long bow man."

Contessa smiled and thanked him.

"Thanks."
She continued her practice, bulks eye repeatedly . Her last arrow spit the last one dead center. The holo crowd applauded.

She took a bow, and prepared to take her leave. "Computer Arch and close program."

As she departed, she took her program with her, leaving a copy on the holosuite menu.

Making her way back to quarter's, she showered, towel led off.

Making her way to her changing closet, she pulled out her Medical uniform. Donning foundational garnets she then put on the uniform. Sliding her feet into her boots, she then picked up her hairbrush, brushed out her hair .

Applied makeup to her face. Then, she picked up all her personal items packed them and left her quarters. The shuttle docked and the airlock sealed.

Contessa stepped off the Long Bow, and onto the Base.

She handed her orders PADD, to the officer on duty, he registered her into Star Base 3 systems and handed her the PADD along withe quarters for the CMO, and Sickbay systems code . She was now officially a part of the base systems.

As she departed the Shuttle bay, she sent a note to the Captain, appraising him of her arrival. She found her quarters and dropped her carry case off. She noted that her Siamese Cat, Leo had arrived safe and was sleeping contentedly in his large play crate.

She set up his room, complete with shields to keep him inside her quarters.

Then, she stepped out to look around the base and to make sure all her supplies crates and personal items were arriving. She gave the cargo transporter Chief her Quarter assignment deck and number, so they would beam her personal items inside her quarters.

As she strolled along the base Promenade, she looked at the shops and eateries. Making note of places to dine.
She walked along slowly...

She took the lift to the Medical deck, as she walked down the corridor to Sickbay,she entered and made her way to the CMO's office. She noted that all her things had arrived and the Nurse had unpacked them for her, and she then went from ward to ward to look over each one, her new equipment had arrived and she signed off on the PADD.

She checked out the Research lab.

After a quick check and all systems condition green. She was famished.

/////Tea Room////

She walked into the tea room. The host ushered her to a table with a view. She ordered chocolate rooibos tea and scones.

Sipping her tea and sampling a scone, she read reports and checked Staff schedules. She knew soon she would meet the Captain.
