Lieutenant Commander Finchley Kerr has gone above and beyond the call of duty. His time and efforts to keep the SIM going during the transition of a new CO. The encouragement to keep posting to the crew and motivating the crew to continue the mission. That fact we only lost one player and added one under his watch says a lot about his ability as Executive Officer. I am proud to award this Commendation to Lieutenant Commander Finchley Kerr. |
