Begin.

We are about to embark on our ‘road trip’ to Mion Nova a small moon in the Paradis System. Not much is known about the planet which is m class but distant scans show habitable areas. I put this trip together in the hope to bond our crew. We are all very good in our own departments but I feel we need to bond at a personal level and, if not form friendships at least give us all an understanding of our colleagues on a personal level that should increase our cohesiveness. I also wanted our Captain to be able to work with crew members and get to know them personally. Although as our Captain he does not really need to do so as the crew should go through me. I should be the one they go to for their everyday demands and problems. I myself as a new XO feel that this vacation will be helpful to me in my new role.
