Luna sat quietly in the type 11 shuttle. She was not a fan of traveling in small shuttles she hated being still for so long. But it was only for a few more hours. She looked over the schematic of the USS Oberon
again. She know as soon as she got on board she would need to find her quarters and then head off for the usual check-in appointments and paperwork necessary when transforming. Though she could not help but feel a little anxious.

This was her first posting as Chief of security. A part of her felt she was not ready. ' Breath' she thought as she looked up from her datapad and looked out the window at the vast star field. She thought back to her parents would they be proud of her? Probably. She had set her goal and was achieving it.

" We will be there in about thirty minutes ma'am. " The pilot said.

Luna smiled. " Thank you," She said.

About thirty or so minutes later she was stepping off the shuttle onto the large open shuttle bay. 'This is it' She thought.
a well-built man and appears 40. He is of large stature and muscular. Has tan skin his eyes are blue his hair brown with dashes of gray here and there. his beard is short and neatly trimmed. he is always very neat and clean cut and professional. He is the Captain of the ship Lieutenant Commander Ahkhsu Trensu you know him from the reports. He standing with another Man a Senior Chief wearing a security uniform. He was the NCOIC in charge of Security. Next to them was an attractive woman with the rank of Lieutenant.

Niali smiled her welcome to the serious looking Ensign and hoped she would be happy on board the Oberon.

Trensu stepped up with a smile "Welcome aboard The USS Oberon Ensign Luna Winters. I am Captain Trensu I hope your travel was not too boring. This is Senior Chief Tomson with the security Your NCOIC. He will help you get to your quarters and get settled in. this is my number one Lieutenant Niali Korial. She is the XO as of right now." Trensu said introducing the others.

“Welcome the Oberon Ensign Winters, we are very happy to have you here. Please know that if you need anything my door is always open.

Luna smiled as she watches the two men. " Thank you, Captain. It was very boring but such is the nature of traveling in a shuttle." She said with a slight grin.

She turned her attention to Senior Chief Tomson. " Hello Senior Chief it's nice to meet you. I hope we will be able to work well together. I'm not sure what Star fleet was thinking about putting me in this position but I will need your wisdom and experience" She said with a smile. She took a look around studying the details of the hanger bay and any shuttles other than the one she came in on that were currently there.

" She is a beautiful ship and I look forward to serving on her," She said after a moment. She gazes once again focusing on the two men in front of her. Studying their every move and action.

“Again Ensign if there is anything I can do….however currently I am needed elsewhere, welcome to the Oberon, I will see you on the bridge.” She smiled and nodded and left for sickbay to check on Finchley and Arle.

" Thank you have a nice day" Luna called.

Trensu smiled "that's my queue to Ensign. Looking forward to seeing you on the bridge. There is a lot going on get your stuff stowed see you later." Ensign. said trensu turning to the Senior Chief "get her briefed and oriented, Chief." says Trensu turning to walk away.

"yes Sir" replied the Senior Chief. "Ma'am follow me" Instructed the Senior Chief.
